These are the terms for using starsynced.com and buying a Star Synced reading. Star Synced is a project of Liminal Foundry. By using the site or buying a reading, you agree to these terms.
A Star Synced reading is a one-time digital product. You provide two birthdates (and optional birth times, birth places, and quiz answers). We compute a synastry chart from real ephemeris data and generate a narrative reading. We deliver the reading as a web page link by email, which you can also save as a PDF.
Star Synced is for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for any of those. Do not make important life decisions based on the reading.
Don't buy a reading if you are under 18, and don't use Star Synced to read on minors.
Your reading is only as accurate as the birth data you provide. We compute the chart from the dates, times, and places you give us. We do not verify them.
Because the reading is generated and delivered immediately, sales are final. If something clearly went wrong with the delivery, email support@starsynced.com within 7 days and we will make it right.
We own the Star Synced site, the reading template, the brand, and the underlying code. Your specific reading is yours to read, save, share, print, screenshot, and send to your group chat.
Don't scrape, mass-purchase, resell, or attack the site. Don't use Star Synced to harass anyone. Don't enter someone else's data without their consent if you plan to share the reading with them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the site or a reading is capped at what you paid for the reading. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
